I am a graphic artist and designer with a wealth of creative experience gained on both sides of the Atlantic. I possess an edgy New York sense of style with a refined European flair.
Working for a wide array of clients, I have forged my skills on different levels of creative work, from conceptualization to finished product. I achieve high-quality results by applying a keen eye for detail and design to an understanding of the clients' needs. Throughout my career, I have also worked on a variety of freelance projects including packaging design, corporate and retail brand identity systems, ad campaigns, web design, fashion and cosmetics photo retouching, pharmaceutical communication, POP displays, trade show booths, outdoor advertising, and illustration work. Some of my work has won multiple BOLI Advertising and American Graphic Design awards.
Raised in Italy, I hold a BA in graphic design and marketing from Centrostudi Comunicazione in Roma; I then went on to work for a leading Italian graphic design studio where I created integrated campaigns for consumer products. Moving to New York, I was employed by LaPlaca Cohen, where I designed brochures and ads for The Metropolitan Museum of Art, MoMA, The Morgan Library, and other prominent american art institutions. I then became the Art Director for MgM Gold Communications, where I created, developed and coordinated national campaigns for TV and print. My ongoing freelance activity has further expanded my skills palette, and challenged me with the ever-changing trends and tools of the trade.
In recent years I have shifted my focus to Pharma advertising, first collaborating with Pfizer, Euro RSCG, FCB Health New York, Flashpoint Medica/DDB Health, and many others, and finally landing a staff position with Medical Knowledge Group, where I am currently employed as a Senior Art Director.
In my free time I am also a musician, as well as a monster-mask maker.
